Information Processed via Third Parties

AI Transcript Analysis: To provide our core video highlight extraction functionality, your transcript data is sent to our third-party AI service providers:

• Google Gemini API: Your transcripts are sent to Google for AI analysis to identify highlight moments, generate titles, and create content drafts. This processing is governed by Google's data usage policies.

Video Processing: Your uploaded video files are processed on our servers using FFmpeg for clip extraction and subtitle generation. Video files are processed server-side and are not sent to third-party AI services.

Authentication (Firebase): We use Firebase Authentication for secure login via Google, Apple Sign-In, and email/password. Firebase processes your authentication credentials according to Google's privacy policies.

Cloud Storage (Firebase): Your uploaded videos, generated clips, and session data are stored using Firebase Cloud Storage and Cloud Firestore, governed by Google's privacy policies.

Information We Collect Automatically

When you visit our website or use our App, we may automatically collect:

• Source video files are automatically deleted from our storage after clip generation is complete
• Generated clips are stored in Firebase Storage until you delete them or your account
• You retain ownership of your uploaded videos, transcripts, and generated clips
• We do not use your video content or transcripts to train our own AI models
• Third-party AI providers (Google) have their own data handling policies regarding transcript data

• Premature or delayed deletion of source video files

• Quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated video clips or subtitles

MAXIMUM LIABILITY: NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, SOUL AI LLC'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY PRIVACY-RELATED CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.
